Our Senior Club provides coached training for:
- ENDURANCE RUNNING (1500m - Marathon)
- SPRINTS
- HURDLES
- LONG JUMP
- HIGH JUMP
- DISCUS
- SHOT
- JAVELIN
We coach all levels from
beginner
to
elite
and can tailor training for specific races and events.
Come and join us for a taster session any Tuesday or Thursday at 7pm at Southwark Athletics Track
As well as track training, we also lead a long road run every Sunday morning
