Our Senior Club provides coached training for:


  • ENDURANCE RUNNING (1500m - Marathon)
  • SPRINTS
  • HURDLES
  • LONG JUMP
  • HIGH JUMP
  • DISCUS
  • SHOT
  • JAVELIN


We coach all levels fro
m beginner to elite and can tailor training for specific races and events.


Come and join us for a taster session any Tuesday or Thursday at 7pm at Southwark Athletics Track


As well as track training, we also lead a long road run every Sunday morning

Our coaches are UK Athletics licensed.
